We are looking for a CFO to proactively lead our Tarya Fintech financial activities globally. This includes Partnerships around the world (currently with India and West Africa), while we’re expanding our services in Israel and launching new activities and partnerships globally.

What you’ll do:
Outbound responsibilities
- Define, initiate and lead equity, debt, fund raising and securitization activities according to the business strategy.
- Locate and participate in both global and local innovation grant-based programs.
- Find prospects, review and lead M&A activities, when relevant.
- Lead interfaces and financial control activities with our global partners and joint ventures abroad. Assist in opening new territories.
Inbound responsibilities
- Manage and optimize the Tarya Fintech’s’ internal investments to enhance growth.
- Build forecasts, budgets & controls to serve our business strategy and goals, and perform proactive periodical budget vs. actual analysis.
- Make educated decisions to assign funds to activities, analyze our business performance and measure ROI for every sector and aspect (investments, sales, maintenance and regulation).
- Research, understand and apply complex tax and accounting concepts, as part of managing the professional interface with external accountants, tax authorities etc.
- Design and build internal workflows and controls.
- Lead & develop the finance team.
Financial business development
- Initiate and lead tax rulings, regulatory and financial positions and licenses, required to achieve our business goals.
You have:
- At least 12 years’ experience in leading financial activities in a technological environment.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, in both Hebrew and English.
- Negotiation skills & experience.
It’s also very helpful if you have:
- A unique combination of experience in both the financial sector and hi-tech / fintech companies.
- Experience with global financial markets and global financial players.
- Ability to work in multi-cultural environment.
